Review Time
I love the product, but after a few months the casing on top of the device started peeling and customer service told me that’s normal. Meanwhile it’s uncomfortable to hold because it’s peeling right where my fingers hold the device and it feels like I’m unable to properly grip it. Apparently the peeling is normal but nothing can be done about it unless I want to buy a brand new one. UPDATE: adding a star because the company reached out after the above review and is replacing my device for a new one. I appreciate good customer service and it just solidifies why I love this product. My skin has looked amazing with consistent use, so I’m happy to get to continue using it.
