This company and their products are truly awful! I made a purchase for office desks that arrived over a week late, with chipped and scratched tops, and bent metal framing. Even if they were usable, I couldn't assemble them as there were no directions included. The desk set cost $2,600, and after much back and forth, they offered a mere $200 discount. Eventually, they proposed a 50% discount on unusable desks, which is unacceptable. The risk of using this company isn't worth it; the quality is lacking, and their integrity is non-existent.
I feel compelled to share my deep dissatisfaction with the service. I initially came to check reviews as I needed a custom wine display rack. I requested a quote, fully prepared to pay for something unique. My first disappointment was learning that the company claimed to be in LA, yet the shipping took forever because it was coming from overseas. After two months of waiting without updates, I had to reach out for an estimated arrival time. Eventually, I received a notice that my order would ship soon, but the delivery was careless—the items arrived damaged, and the courier rushed off before I could inspect them. The cabinets I ordered were supposed to be black but arrived in grey. I thought I could just repaint them, but the quality of the wood was shockingly poor, far below even budget brands. They provided no assembly instructions, and when I sought help, they directed me to a TikTok video for a different product. To top it off, essential parts were missing. Customer service acknowledged the issues but only offered a partial refund that didn't even cover the cost of fixing the color. Given all this, I would advise against purchasing from this company.
Honestly, my expectations were higher. The color is much darker than the photos suggested, and the texture feels a bit rough. The structure is fine, but it doesn't feel premium. However, the support team was very helpful and offered a partial refund, which I accepted.
The desk is stunning, and the quality surpassed my expectations. I appreciate the clean, modern design and solid build. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the delivery took nearly three months, longer than I anticipated. Nevertheless, customer service kept me informed and explained everything well, so I still feel confident in purchasing from them again.
