I have to say, when I first saw this machine, I was thrilled to get it. Once we gathered the funds and placed our order, I found the setup and calibration to be quite intense. On a very positive note, the service is exceptionally helpful with the calibration process, even offering to do a live video call to guide you through it! Can you name any other company that provides live video support for setup and calibration? :) After overcoming this initial hurdle, I've been able to create some fantastic items. My partner and I started our own small business, and thanks to the assistance from the team, we've expanded the custom projects we can offer our clients. I even used this machine to create our own business sign!
As someone trying to pick up new skills, I really appreciated the customer service I received. The representative was top-notch and extremely helpful in finalizing my setup. My lack of knowledge didn’t seem to bother him at all. Most importantly, he didn’t start with the usual annoying question about restarting my device, which was refreshing! He was patient, professional, and before concluding our session, he offered further assistance and thanked me, encouraging me to reach out anytime. I was worried based on other reviews that I might only receive automated replies, but that was not the case. The only delay was on my part.
I bought the CNC 500 along with a spindle because it seemed well-constructed and suitable for small to medium projects while my larger machines were occupied. While the machine itself is decent, the electronics are disappointing. After assembling it and running a few basic tests, the screen went blank, leaving me unable to set it up. After submitting a support ticket, they had me disassemble the box to check for loose connections. Ultimately, they sent me a replacement machine, which I returned the first one. After assembling the second machine with the spindle, it started grinding and making a horrible noise within five minutes. I recorded it just as it completely stopped. I submitted another support ticket, and they asked me to check for overheating issues. They then suggested I needed a 220v inverter to keep it cooler, which was not mentioned in the instructions or on their website. I’m very disappointed with the products and the excuses provided. The spindles are back-ordered, which has slowed down my work and cost me money due to downtime!

I purchased a CNC500, and it had numerous issues right out of the box. The control board wasn't grounded, the emergency stop was broken, and the spindle control didn’t work from the screen. They did replace the board at my shipping cost, but the unit didn’t come with a spindle. When I bought one, the soft start didn’t work from the beginning. They replaced it, but the second one was also defective. I attempted to return it, but despite contacting them within 30 days, I was past their return window. During assembly, I had to modify the structure because the bolts didn’t align. When I finally got it running and made my first cut, the edge quality was jagged, even with a straight line. The return address is just a house, not a business. I wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone; it feels like a waste of money, and I wouldn’t feel right trying to sell it.
