The Golf Shorts are great but I ordered one size too large as they are a generous fitting. Contacting them via their website was very easy and they replied quite promptly.
No problems with swapping the shorts to a smaller size. Look forward to receiving them.

Ordered 2 pairs and they arrived 13th November as a Christmas gift. Too small, emailed to exchange them. Finally got a response saying they would replace them. I have been emailing weekly with no reply and no goods. I feel I have been ghosted by this company. Oh and it is the 21st of February, our summer here is nearly over.

The shorts just ok, you are better off going to a sports store and trying on a known brand and get those for similar cost. The long pants sizing is terrible. Long delivery times, poor customer service. Poor returns policy, will give you 50% of price back, but get to keep the ill fitting poor quality item. And they they don't (or haven't yet after 1 month) actually refunded the money. Highly suggest to steer clear completely.

Disappointed with quality and support

I bought two pairs of shorts, but one stretched out and didn't return to its original shape after the first wear. I tried reaching out for a refund or replacement under their 30-day money-back guarantee, but I've had no response, and now my email is not being accepted. I'm frustrated and starting to think this could be a scam, but I won’t know for sure without the chance to discuss it. I cannot recommend this service.

Potential scam alert

The shorts match the description perfectly, and when I decided to return a pair due to the color not being to my liking, the service team was outstanding in handling that. Excellent shorts for both on and off the course.

Size issues but comfortable

My partner wears size 36, and I ordered XL, which turned out to be too big. He used a belt and found them comfortable. The label indicates 92% polyester and 8% spandex. He prefers shorts that go past his knees, but these were knee-length. I suggested he try them out despite his initial reluctance. Delivery wasn’t immediate, but with the holidays approaching, all is well.

Dubious business practices

AVOID! I ordered two pairs of shorts based on their sizing guide, but they were significantly off. I emailed on December 13 to arrange a size exchange but received no response. I sent five more emails, and while I got one reply offering an exchange, they didn’t explain how it would work. Silence since then. The customer service is dreadful! To arrange an exchange or refund, you must email them and wait for an explanation, which doesn’t happen... it's sketchy, at best!
