On the basis of our daily living experience, we are constantly reminded of the Pleasure & Appreciation we feel for the work recently completed at our newly refurbished home by the team at 1to1 Flooring in Harpenden.It all started with our initial meeting at their showroom office where we benefitted from the very helpful advice & guidance offered by Kathy to assist us in choosing the Invictus LVT flooring to be installed throughout our newly purchased 3 bedroom Flat - as we prepared for its complete refurbishment, and the Big Move from our prior home of 50 years in North London - to relocate near our daughter & grandchildren here in Harpenden.Richard took over the detailed inspection & specification for the installation, which he then seamlessly coordinated with our Builders, through to it being beautifully completed by Callum & Harley - for our own ongoing appreciation & enjoyment. Lino on the kitchen and utility room floor was laid by Matt and Reece. Old floor had to be levelled and new screed put down. They then discovered damp and had to redo. End result was great. Always arrived promptly, kept us fully informed what needed doing, always friendly and very pleased with end result. Fully satisfied customers!
The team at 1 to 1 Barnet were extremely helpful and efficient. Our order was dealt with quickly and professionally and installed within a short period of time despite the Covid restrictions. The fitters were pleasant and considerate and laid our floor beautifully. We were extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend this company

We recently had three carpets from 1to1 Flooring. The order process and measuring was easy and efficient. The carpet fitters were excellent, they worked extremely hard to get all carpets fitted in one day which we were very impressed with. They worked so hard.
I was very impressed with the agility and flexibility that 1to1 flooring (Chloe) had in a recent order for some Amtico flooring. They quickly responded to my questions and managed to source & supply the material very quickly which allowed us to keep to some very tight installation timelines. I would definitely go back to them for any future flooring needs.
We have recently installed engineered wooden floor to our house and the team at 1to1 flooring, especially Matt, has been amazing and always assured us that all our concerns would be dealt with. Matt has been excellent in all our communications and showed an amazing professionalism. Highly recommended if someone is looking for attention to detail!
Excellent experience - so pleased to see Lester back and in place at the Berkhamsted store. Everything regarding the job - despite challenges I presented with timing and product - was executed with professionalism, efficiency and enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble. I am over the moon with the results and would not hesitate to use this company again.
Matt and Chloe really helped us out of a tight spot after being let down by another local supplier. With great advice and an accommodating approach, we were able to secure the fitting date we needed. The fitters were excellent, really friendly and did a great job. We'll definitely be returning!
