Matt and the team at 1to1 really have gone above and beyond for us. Helping us narrow down their huge range of options to the floorings we finally chose, Matt did this with lots of patience and helpful advice. They then navigated the challenges of lockdown and supported us with carpet samples so we could choose paint colours and furniture and much more. A great business with an excellent selection of floorings and fantastic service - we'll be shopping locally more often because of them
Fantastic service all round.Lots of LVT products available to choose from in the showroom but no pressure from the salesman to choose any particular brand or product range.We had to wait around 10 weeks for an installation date as they are so busy but we were kept informed throughout and were offered an earlier date closer to the time.The fitters were efficient, polite and tidy and we are very happy with the finish provided.The only slight issue was that the fitters forgot to leave us with the free floor care kit - however this was quickly sorted out by the showroom.Thanks.
Great and high quality shop. Expert and most polite sales staff. Good and honest advice. Good quality and fair prices.After my neighbour had just ordered his floor here and was very happy himself, I was recommended to have a look as well, as we’re both in the process of completing a house refurb with new flooring throughout.Matt helped us and he was great to deal with. Very patient, most polite, but critically important, actually gave really good advice, has a keen eye for design and detail, and did not try and talk us to the most expensive flooring. We ended up with a very good quality flooring, we brought some of the kitchen doors with colours to the shop, and Matt laid out various matching samples. Putting them in day light as well as shade, and just all in we were being made feeling very confident about our choice, having been able to compare many samples, in different lights, in different price ranges and brands.Also good advice on the various maintenance cycles that different type of floors require.Lastly, also communication after the sale was great, as going into the corona crisis and logistic options re delivery etc. becoming gradually more tricky, everything was organised and communicated well. At no point I felt any concerns around arrangements after the sale.So in summary: Other than a significant outlay, buying a floor in a shop is quite a substantial decision, as it’s hard to change your mind once the floor is in really. To that extent, having been able to extensively look at various floors, get good advice, good after care, and still fair prices, made it for us an all-round great buying experience.Will certainly come back and recommend to friends.
