Fab service! We made lots of visits to the store and took ages to decide without being pressured or bothered by sales staff. Staff were really helpful. When we finally made a decision the price was great and the fitting service was excellent. The fitter was great and so polite. The floor looks great, so happy all round.
1to1 flooring have been a joy to deal with from our initial enquiry to the final fitting of our beautiful Amtico flooring. We are now at the next stage in our building project and need carpet, we would not consider going anywhere else.
We were extremely pleased with the service received from 1 to 1 flooring, both by the sales staff and the carpet fitters, who fitted the carpets promptly and did a great job, plus they left the house in a very good and clean condition.We would strongly recommend this company.
Richard and Callum were excellent fitters- very professional and hard working and did an excellent job on our new Karndean floor. The new floor looks amazing. Was impressed how well they cleaned up too. I would totally recommend and ask to have them to fit. On the last day of fitting they stayed late (past 7pm). To get the job done and did not cut any corners- they still washed the floor and tidied up after themselves. They were also a pleasure to have over.
Looking for a new bedroom carpet and having tried the usual big firms was not impressed with the choice available so tried 1 to 1 flooring. Great well laid out showroom, much more interesting choices of colour and quality than the "big Sheds" and very helpful and efficient sales and admin at a very good price. I will always try them first in the future and recommend others do the same.
Excellent range of flooring, and they were very knowledgeable in all. We were recommened quickstep as it was water proof and very durable. We were able to get samples prior to ordering. The flooring fitter did a fantastic job fitting the flooring in our kitchen and hallway in one day.
