I signed up for the PRINCE2 Agile course around June 2024, but I still haven’t received my exam voucher. I first started asking about it back in January 2025 and have followed up several times since by email, through the complaint form, and over the phone.At first, I was told there was a system issue, so I waited as advised. But months have passed, and now no one is replying to any of my messages. My access to the learning platform is about to run out, and I’ve spent hundreds of pounds with nothing to show for it.I’d really appreciate someone sorting this out urgently or issuing a refund. This has been very frustrating and disappointing.
I recently completed the Diploma in Office Administration & Reception (Free) course on the 1Training website, and it has been an excellent experience.The content is well-structured, clear, and highly relevant — making it easy to understand and apply in practice.During my training i lost a password and the support team was responsive and helpful throughout the process.Based on my experience, I highly recommend 1Training to anyone looking to develop new skills or enhance their professional knowledge.
We bought 4 Prince2 courses for our team. Having completed the learning part of the courses, the team applied for their exam vouchers via 1training. 1Training consistently fail to issue the vouchers claiming some technical issues / delays. They extend your course to "give you more time" but the exam vouchers are never issued. Their support team have now stopped responding to us. Scam, stay away!
It's a scam! I completed an Agile PM course with 1Training and have been chasing my exam voucher for over six months, with little progress. Each time I email, I’m offered a course extension – which I appreciate – but what’s the point if I’m never able to obtain my qualification?
