I had a great experience with Tony and his son installing my brand new boiler. Both were polite and very curtious, very professional. Both explained fully. 24/7 have been very good with all their services. I will keep with them as I know they keep to their word and follow up their instructions. So pleased with the outcome. See you next year for my service. By the way with the dog barking, I'm so glad they both like dogs, my dog gets anxious.
We had to call 24/7 out to have a look at a boiler problem, they checked out the boiler and it turned out that the boiler was more expensive to repair than replace, the were also very good at sourcing us a new boiler to suit our needs, making the process a lot easier.
Following a fault with our combi boiler, it was deemed uneconomic to repair, so we ordered a new boiler from 24/7. The two people I spoke to at the Staywarm team were Lawsia and Willow, and both were professional and knowledgeable, as well as being very friendly. I could not have asked for better service. The installation was completed by Naim, who was first class. He cracked on with the job, keeping us up-to-date with the whole process and left everything in really good shape.All in all highly satisfactory and would recommend.
Excellent. Really good we mannered guys punctual. Respected the property I.e. protected carpets with plastic. Difficult job as boiler in really awkward place but they got on with job and didn’t complain certainly five stars and a credit to the company. Give them a bonus😀
