My boiler brokedown and the engineer came out the same morning, unfortunately it needed replacing. I spoke to 247 the same day and they booked in an installation for later in the week. I was impressed at how smoothly it all ran, and appreciated the information provided to help me make my decision.
I was happy with the speed that the boiler was replaced when needed. However, as we were without hot water and heating for 3 days I was informed that heaters were going to be provided. This was not the case and none were provided. I was let down for this reason.
