Excellent service feom start to finish from the 24/7 team.Special thanks to Matthew who fitted my new boiler, working late to ensure evrything worked ok and also to Melissa in the office, who went through the new contract with me and sorted out the detail.
The engineer was very kind and helpful explaining what was needed and how he was progressing. Managed to connect some piping without need to drill through wall which saved dust and time. Took care of my property and finished in good time.
My boiler broke down and 24/7 sent out Aziz Bargit to fit a new one. I must say, his work was excellent! He was professional, efficient, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Great service all around!
The engineer was on time and got on with the job straight away he was organised and efficient and very polite he made a great job of the pipe work so neat and tidy before he started the pipes looked a mess and where covered up and boxed in now I am going to leave them showing because they look so tidy.
The installation of my new boiler was quickly planned and done. The engineer did his job and left the place neat. The only negative experience is to try to have someone to answer the call. When you manage then it's all perfect and they are very friendly.
