Had a boiler fitted and the engineer was very polite and explained everything well. However, we could have been updated more by the office that he would not arrive until late pm when we were originally told from 8a.m so took the day off work unnecessarily.
The process from start to finish was conducted professionally, efficiently and to a high standard. The physical work was conducted with minimum disruption to our day and our installation team were friendly and knowledgeable. They left the house clean and tidy and explained everything we needed to know about our new boiler. We would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a new boiler!
Engineer called the evening before the install and confirmed a start time. Arrived on time, talked through the detail before starting work. Kept you appraised of progress. Finally checked everything was working and demonstrated the controls. Very professional install.
