Don't waste your money with 2checkout.They claim to not find my account, yet I can sign into my account.Software was purchased and it was not revealed that this company interacts with 2checkout until the order has been processed.Asking for a refund (the same day) only gets ignored by 2checkout.With issues about other software 2checkout tells me to go back to the software company. The software company tells me to deal with 2checkout. Bottom line is that neither company wants to help - they only want your money. So, check online for companies that process payments with 2checkout and stay away from them. That includes malwarebytes, bitdefender, drivereasy, drivermax, and many others. If you purchase any software where 2checkout processes payments - proceed with extreme caution. For me, I've cancelled some nice software, that I'd like to have, but will not be associated with 2checkout.Life is better!Of course 2checkout says to contact them so it appears to the world that they actually care and that something will be done.WRONG!2checkout ignores responses, but others believe they are taking care of matters.WRONG!2checkout, like I said earlier, only wants your money and their customer support ignores concerns.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY as they are full of lies and excuses - if you even hear back from them.
I was wrongly charged £298 for an unwanted annual subscription renewal because the company failed to send a renewal reminder. After contacting them, they admitted it was due to human error, yet still refused to take responsibility and issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable – customers should be given clear notice before being charged for renewals. A lack of transparency and accountability like this is highly unprofessional. Avoid this company if you value fair business practices!
En nu in het Engels en vertaald via google trancelateI bought this license from Movavi and also paid for it. License was received by email. So far so good. But now I am bombarded with emails that I have to translate it into English otherwise they can't read it. I did that and now I still get the emails that it has to be translated. It was debited from my account via Global Collect. I increasingly get the feeling that there is more going on. Than they want to admit. Never again via them and then they can change it, but the staff remains the same. So that didn't help either. I hope it is read. A thick envelope was also sent to Amsterdam. They are there. It is and happily negative. Here is the address where you can write to I have done that too and I know for sure that it won't work.I also want to see if ACM can do something about this and I will certainly also file a complaint about 2checkout/verifone.To Verifone Payments BVSingel 250/4e1016 AB AmsterdamLet them feel it.
I strongly advise against using 2Checkout (Verifone) due to their misleading refund policies and poor handling of disputes.I was wrongly charged for an unauthorized subscription renewal, despite having canceled it via PayPal. When I contacted 2Checkout, they initially stated that they would issue a refund if I closed my PayPal dispute. Trusting their word, I followed their instructions—only for them to backtrack and refuse the refund, stating they now needed the merchant's approval. This left me stuck in a deliberate delay tactic, where the merchant refused the refund, and 2Checkout refused to take responsibility. Even though they claim to "facilitate payments," they have no issue enabling unfair auto-renewals and refusing to intervene when customers are misled.Their support is slow, unhelpful, and inconsistent, contradicting themselves across emails. If you're thinking of using 2Checkout as a payment processor, beware—if a transaction goes wrong, you’re on your own.✅ Key Issues:Misled me into closing a PayPal dispute, then refused to refund. No protection against unauthorized transactions.Delays, excuses, and shifting blame to merchants.Unresponsive and unreliable customer support.📢 Avoid 2Checkout at all costs. If you're a business, think twice before trusting them with your payments. If you're a customer, be prepared to fight hard for your money when things go wrong.
Dealing with this company to cancel an auto-renewal subscription was unnecessarily complicated. The process required logging into their website, but the email verification needed to proceed was not sent promptly, making it near impossible to complete the cancellation. While I was eventually able to resolve getting into the account, it was too late in the process to cancel the auto renewal so instead I asked for a refund see below, the process was far from straightforward and caused significant frustration. This is what it says in their terms and conditions:You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the receipt of this auto-renewal confirmation. In this case you will receive a full refund for the auto-renewed term. To exercise your right to withdraw from the auto-renewed contract, please inform us by means of a clear statement as described in our terms and conditions terms and conditions page. This was my reply to my request for a refund:You requested a refund for order from made on 2025-01-27.2Checkout is processing refunds as the authorized reseller of Digiarty Software, Inc..We regret to inform you that your refund request sent to 2Checkout the company operating macxdvd was not approved. For further details regarding this issue, please refer directly to macxdvdI am definitely within my 14 day window to request a refund.I would just avoid this company. It's not worth the hassle.
I feel compelled to review because of just how scummy this website is. To log on to their website, which I needed to cancel a subscription, requires an e-mail verification that THEY WONT ACTUALLY SEND to your e-mail. EVER. Such a headache. Avoid this like the plague.
They are definitely scammy. They sent me a mail about a software annual renewal with a link to supposedly disable this. At the link you are asked to give you email and they will send you an Access Link. I must have tried 20 times and never received a mail (and yes I checked Junk and multiple email addresses). Luckily I have changed my debit card over the last year so yeah they can try and charge me but it won't work.
