A dangerous scammer

In continuation to my recent warning regarding DoYourClone: 2Checkout, the payment agent in DoYourClone's fraudulent software sale to me, recently wrote me an email, stating that DoYourClone had initiated a reimbursement of my purchase and that "we recommend contacting your bank directly for further assistance" !!! There are no words to describe this other than that 2Checkout are obviously complicit with DoYourClone and are contributing to perfecting the fraud on their behalf, as not a cent of reimbursement ever reached my bank account. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, these are FINANCIAL FRAUDSTERS and THIEVES !!!

Please never ever waste your precious…

Please never ever waste your precious time with this company, first they will ask for very lengthy detailed documentations to open an account with them, maybe some may provide those documentations while other most of the people dont even qualify to get their accounts open because they cant provide those documentations. However if somehow even someone does get their accounts opened. They will hold their hard earned money for several weeks when first payout about to happen as an excuse to see if chargeback dont happen. Their payout method is very crappy they hold your money and give you that after a while not immediately. Their customer service is the most pathetic i have ever seen on this whole planet. Very Trashy they are in every aspects. Lastly out of blue from nowhere they will also terminate your account without giving any proper reason just being lame. I WANT AN ANSWER WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS TERMINATED, GIVE ME THE VALID REASON??? May god unleash hell upon this company. I really pray that they go out of business soon.

Shameless sunset of 2Checkout (Verifone)

Got the same "We regret to inform you that we are exercising our right to terminate your 2Checkout merchant account, for ID ...., company ...., effective September 30, 2025".The account was registered back in 2009 when it was Avangate, with NO chargebacks, complaints, issues, ANYTHING within all these years.And now this unexpected acc closure without disclosing any reasons, etc.My real feedback about them cannot be published here because it will be banned, shortly - it is VERY negative. It is not how the business must be done.It is a shameless sunset of this "company".UPD: No contacts from them despite they said so here in the response. Instead, I contacted them and received a templated answer - "We're sorry, but go away from us" with no explanations.Avoid them!

Worst customer service ever on refunds

I bought the wrong item and immediately I email customer service and said my code wasn't working and they replied you bought the wrong program. But, on my invoice it said GO, I've asked multiple times for a refund and 5 email no.. declined ... How, WHY,??? No one can answer that question. I just wanted the GO version and could someone swap it for the GO and not the converter and again declined. Never did i use that code for the converter too Poor customer service

Account terminated out of the blue

I've been a merchant with 2Checkout for several years with a spotless record — zero chargebacks and full compliance. Yet, out of the blue, I received a vague email stating:“We regret to inform you that we are exercising our right to terminate your 2Checkout merchant account, for ID XXXXXX, company XXXX XXXX, effective September 30, 2025.”This came without any prior warning or explanation. I went through an exhaustive onboarding process where I was required to submit an excessive amount of documentation — every detail was thoroughly verified.To those currently using 2Checkout: don’t wait until the same thing happens to you. Find another payment processor, and once you're set up, request account closure at 2Checkout.

Extreme scammers

Extreme scammers. I purchased a Zemana Antilogger subscription through their website. It's been a few days, and even though they sent me payment confirmation, they still haven't delivered the product (i.e., the license key). Furthermore, communication is poor. They barely respond to messages. Avoid them completely. Never buy anything through them!

They suspended my account without explanation reasons and, in fact, stole my money, saying that they need to hold it for 180 days! They don't have any right to hold MY money!It's a financial scam!It's a crime!!!---You can see that they answered that they didn't steal, but just held my funds for 180 days to protect themselves! Held my money without my permission!Just imagine that you come to your bank to withdraw your money from an account, and they say - you know what, we are decided to hold your money for a half year, so go away and come in 6 months!Isn't this a fraud?!---You're using MY money for FREE without my permission and without paying me any interest for 180 days, and you are saying that this is standard, and you're sorry!??? I don't need your sorry! Give me my money back, fraudsters!——Hmmm, protect my account?!It is your account! It was your unexplained decision to suspend it! I didn't ask about that! Thus, you protect yourself by using MY money without my consent!And I'm sure you have already lost much more money, because of this review. Such actions from your side scare away a lot of your potential clients!

So-so. It is one of the literally couple of payment processors still working with my country.But CMS integration module is glitchy and did not update for years.I stopped using them after they became Verifone, but now they insist on at least minimal transactions time to time to keep the account live.OK. I enabled them again on my site. Couple months of more or less correct operations, and payouts are frozen for 'verification purposes' with the note 'You can still accept payments'. Ahaha. I saw exactly the same pattern with another processor about 6 years ago, and lost more than $3000 in the end. So, NO. I'll not accept any payment anymore until you release my current balance, and I hope that you'll do this within promised 21 days, and even after that I'll still consider this as a bad experience, since you have opportunity to conduct your verifications without restricting accounts.Update from 26.06.2025: the funds are released. Thank you.Update from 30.06.2025: LOL. The account is restricted again, and no even any explanation message received.

I sent them an email as per their…

I sent them an email as per their instructions, to request a refund for a product that wasn’t delivered. The email was rejected by the email provider. What kind of crap is that? Looks to me like the work of scammers. Update: I received a response within hours asking for the email address I used when I made the purchase, but no link for the reply. If I had been able to contact them through the email they provided, I wouldn’t have needed to write the original review. Ann again, I try to send an email with my email address and the email can’t be delivered. They obviously are not a legitimate business.
