They have a unrealistic method of verifying customer transactions such as requesting a Photo ID like passport and a credit card statement. Even if you go through paypal with successfully assured paid account they want it!… Even Apple and major merchants don’t collect this much data for privacy protection. I don’t feel comfortable sharing confidential data with a merchant unless they are also a large reputable company.
Very unprofessional... My 2checkout have almost 750$ from last 16 days.. first they kept asking for verifications from my Payoneer and everything and after a while they say your account is verified and all restrictions are lifted. You will receive your money on 1st August. But , today at the time of payout, they did not send me money, instead write me an email that my account is again required verification , for what??? I have given all the required documents and everything and they approve my account before receiving any money and they approved my payout method i.e Payoneer. I have all the proofs in the form of email and now they are just delaying the payout process. Worst company to work with. Please resolve my issue ASAP.
2Checkout is just a pathetic company. After submitting all my documents they told me that they can't accept my business, which is okay because I understand that each company has it's own terms and conditions. I asked them why is that, and they just sent the same copy-paste response. I asked them again, and they sent that response again, without actually answering my question. This happened multiple times! I asked and they just sent me a copy-paste response.
The reply by 2Checkout (now Verifone ) was full of lies. This company has been associated with all frauds in online purchase through PayPal. PayPal is the final victim of this fraud. I have closed my account with PayPal, so too have my friends and my family done.My advice to the Public is to avoid PayPal, Verifone, 2Checkout. These companies are corrupt and they will steel your money. Avoid PayPal.
