I recently linked my Real Assets 247 portfolio wallet to my 2Checkout account and withdraws my money. It provides sufficient information. Furthermore, the "your payment has been declined" warning that appears with other payment providers does not appear with 2Checkout. 2Checkout withdraws my money without any problems and transfers it to my account. I am satisfied with 2Checkout's services.
After two long years of working with 2Checkout and building my SaaS business from scratch, they terminated my account without any warning or explanation. No red flags, nothing.They claim:"Please be informed that your account was closed on 30th September. A notification of this was sent to your registered email address."But I never received any notification from their site. My business has been severely affected because I trusted them.To any business relying on 2Checkout.com — think twice. They don’t value loyalty, and they don’t care about the damage they cause. One email can wipe out years of hard work.

Still, my application with 2Checkout was rejected twice within seconds, without any explanation.I am well aware that 2Checkout is not the only payment gateway provider in the world, but such behavior is simply unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Perhaps in the future the company will change its approach, but rebranding or new marketing cannot fix the lack of transparency and professionalism.For now, my rating is -1.
I applied for a 2Checkout (Verifone) merchant account for my brand GIORDAY LLC (Wyoming), but my application was rejected without any specific explanation. I wasn’t even given the chance to provide my LLC or EIN details — the system blocked me too early.When I attempted again with all preparations done, including a registered LLC and domain email, your team repeatedly sent the same canned reply, simply saying “we regret to inform you,” without offering any real reason or guidance.2Checkout needs to move beyond these generic regret messages and start showing fairness and transparency in their review process. Please don’t just regret — do the responsible deed instead.
If I could give zero I would. I thought I was purchasing winxvideo-ai. I paid for lifetime subscription. I downloaded the link, installed and it was nothing but an advertisement for a product I already purchased. I contacted customer support which is totally useless and provided no help but said I needed to contact digiarty.com for customer support. I contacted digiarty and they said I need to register with a number they gave. No one is listening. I can't register a product I didn't receive. I've requested a refund, exhausted myself explaining what is happening to no avail but to be put in their insanity loop. I googled them and discovered numerous people claiming they are a scam. 2checkout should be ashamed working with scammers. Now they have my credit card info. What new fresh hell awaits me I fear.
We were looking for a new payment gateway for our 5-year business. We tried to subscribe to 2checkout services.First, we sent an email asking the basic stuff. Thjey replied with "we've carefully reviewed your enquiry and you're welcome to subscribe to our services".So we created an account, started to enter our information and then suddenly a message "your application has been rejected".Thing is, I had not yet even submitted the application. As written above the business is 5 years old and steady, server hosting in Japan, nothing special...Financial institutions never give an explanation for their decision so I didn't even try to ask the reason. I then started receiving some marketing emails for their services, for which they rejected my application. I tried to delete my account, but no such option. I then reached out to their support asking to delete my account, and I was served with a copy of the GDPR policy while saying "we have the right to keep your info for xx years".ok then, just forget it I replied. Just don't send me junk email.Not 1 hour later, I receive a welcome email to their services... I reached out to their support once again to once again ask to stop sending me junk email and inform them they looked ridiculous, and was told "nonono your application has been rejected, we understand you must be frustrated but it's like that". What the.... ?They tell you you can subscribe but quickly reject you.They reject you before you submit the application.They keep your info and send you junk emails.Their support is just plain rude.They look dumb and from the 5th dimension.Don't lose your time with them. They're useless.
