Review Time
Response time quite variable. They responded with moderate delays. My requests for font sizes and placement were apparently too complicated as the placement of words over areas of the image that I asked Not to be covered, were ignored. I did order two crystals but the second money-off code didn't work. But I ordered it anyway.
The rectangular crystal upper bevel causes the upper 15% of the image to be visible as a cropped area. So my bald head always reflected in the bevel unless I shrank the image. So maybe a non-beveled crystal at top edge might be better. I changed feom 3 star to 5 star due to ongoing efforts on their part.
I want to express my gratitude for this stunning art piece. It looks absolutely fantastic, especially the 3D detail. Unlike other services, the eyes and facial features genuinely come to life; they seem to move as you turn the crystal. It’s truly a work of art. This was a gift, and witnessing the reaction was incredibly emotional. I only wish I had remembered to capture it on video. Thank you so much for your remarkable craftsmanship.

I have been ordering from 3dCrystal for years and never had any issues and the quality has always been amazing.
