Replacement of manufacturer missing beads from kit

I recently received a kit which had been processed at the manufacturers with a colour bead missing. I contacted Diamond painting gifts, and they contacted the manufacturer and replaced the beads at no cost to me. I received them in the mail yesterday. Fantastic service, I had no issues and fully recommend Diamond Painting Gifts. I will be a returning customer. Thank you customer service team.

This company has amazing customer service. They are quick to answer and very polite. I absolutely love the selection of diamond art set and the prices are great! I have placed 2 orders so far with them and I am very happy. I will definitely be placing more orders with them in the future!
