A guy called me asking if he reached the right bussiness, which he did, said he needed cleaning services for the house and asked my location.All the sudden it switched to the girl "manager" and started talking about only marketing and asking me invasive questions about my bussiness and wouldn't allow me to hang up the phone until I finally had enough and hung up
Asa a business owner They are reasonable priced and they do seem to be successful driving business to me but as a company tier customer service is horrible. The techs have no idea what they are doing with respect to the individual businesses they are creating and modifying web sites for and as the customer you cant even talk to the techs. If I were starting out I would never ever use them if I knew then what I know know. My advice to any business that is considering using them dont
Is 411 LOCALS going out of business or what is going on?I’ve been trying to get contact with them but nobody respond my calls or text. A few days ago they charged me for the monthly fee and now no one is responding my phone calls. After working with them for more then 3 years
After 7 yrs od doing business the last 2 have been hell. Everything was fine fir 5 yrs but then 411 Locals wanted to rewrite my web site which they did but lost all my pictures and reviews and changed content that was incorrect and took forever to change only after I had identified a dozen times. Now it seems you can only leave a voice message and can't talk to anyone. The service is nonexistent so beware. Finally they seem to be trying time will tell I will leave an update shortly.
411 locals will continually call you until you join. They will post/publish your business on google with the wrong information. The website they create for your business will have the wrong content. 411 locals will ghost you. They provide you with many phone numbers, email address, and phone extensions so you believe there are serious about helping you. what issues you may have will be ignored. If you decide to cancel service the Reps at 411 locals will make it difficult to do so. 411 locals main goal is to get businesses to join . In no way do they care . If they can charge you for 3-6 moths they are happy. This is stated in the back ground music while waiting for a Rep on the phone .
