This coaching helped me significantly. I secured my first gigs six months after the initial interview, and these gigs turned into steady clients—everyone is happy. This platform is not an agency; if you understand that and take personal responsibility, both developers and clients can find value and support in establishing the right matches and long-lasting relationships.
My review is based on my experience, and I’ll strive to be as objective as possible. I completed a 3-hour technical test and sent an email regarding an issue, which was ignored. Then, I had a 30-minute English test, and I was unsure if I completed it. I emailed to confirm, but my message was also ignored. I received a 30-minute personality questionnaire with irrelevant and generic questions, seemingly generated by an automated system and never reviewed. I was contacted for a live personality check, which asked similar questions. I was ultimately rejected with a standard email. I requested feedback twice, but my emails went unanswered. In summary: I was rejected by the platform (so my review might be somewhat emotional), I invested about 5-6 hours in total, and I received no feedback and a complete lack of respect for my time.

They owe me approximately 8,000 USD. They did not pay me for the last month I worked with them. They also withheld my PTO (which they were supposed to pay at the end of the contract). They didn’t provide a reason. They said they would get back to me but then ignored my inquiries. Additionally, the first payment will come two months after you start. The process to find a job takes a long time. Don't waste your time.
