Ordered something from this website on 23d Feb, to this date 7th Mar, I’m still waiting for the delivery, I’m in UK btw.
In the mean time, I received additional charges of tax which was unexpected, as I make orders from other company in France and in Italy, tax was always included, or information about tax should be provided when purchasing.
Sent an email asking them about the additional charges, no reply at all. I will NOT buy from this company ever again 🤨
FYI: The site on FB deleted all the comments if not positive, instead of dealing with customer issues. I’m still waiting for their reply and my items to be delivered 🤷🏻♀️

I recently was having difficulty ordering a beautiful sweater online from the USA website for delivery to a friend visiting family in France. I was connected to customer service by phone and put in touch with someone who personally arranged expedited delivery to make sure the package reached my friend before she left for the USA. The level of attention to my concerns was exemplary and unusual in what today is often a sterile and aloof customer service response. I look forward to shopping at a Leo & Ugo store when I visit Paris later this year. Based on my experience they are a top notch firm.
