I've been using this budget provider for over six months, switching primarily due to local signal issues. Their pricing is fantastic, yet the service remains excellent, with smooth porting and no complications. The personalized customer service is impressive. I'm not sure how they maintain such quality at a low price, but hats off to them. If you have a solid signal, give them a try.
I got a SIM on the most affordable contract, hoping to switch from my pricier plan. With a dual-SIM phone, I compared the performance with my existing plan. Although the signal shows strong 5G, the speed falls short compared to my previous provider (around 30 Mbit/s max outdoors under similar conditions). I've seen various explanations for low speeds, but they don't apply to my case. I might use the SIM in a non-smart phone, but I can't see myself switching my main device. Ironically, my SIM shows VoLTE, while my previous one doesn’t anymore. I could negotiate with my former provider, but that would mean a long-term contract.
I strongly advise against using this service... I've been left without service overseas for over a month, and the customer service experience has been utterly chaotic. I've been abandoned with no support, just waiting to return home and switch providers.
