I’ve won money on here before around 500-600 and the money was in my bank within a few hours but now I’ve won 10 times that amount they are making it an obstacle to get my earnings Into my bank. They told me it will be in my bank in 48 hours, after the 48 hours their now asking for a lot of documents which I find very concerning, I do trust that they will do the right thing and give the money they owe me so fingers crossed they pay up and maybe in the future they can fix things and become a top 10 casino in the world, they just need to be more transparent and have quicker withdrawals.
Appalling casino. 24/7 help isn’t available ever and they don’t respond when using the contact us email system. Accepted a deposit and let me play a bonus then refuse to let me place any bets saying limit reached. They now have my money and want me to cancel my bonus winnings to withdraw my money. Absolute scam of a site. Avoid and use more legitimate sites. Also give bonuses which don’t work then refuse to issue them saying it’s not policy to issue bonuses your unable to use
I am waiting on a withdrawal of £30,000 (plus the £5 admin fee that I had to pay!!!) since last Wednesday afternoon. Yes, thirty thousand. Can I get a meaningful update anywhere? Nope. 4 days of withdrawal pending and emails being ignored until I gave an ultimatum that they have had a more than reasonable amount of time to pay me. I gave them 2 hours to pay or I'll be adding daily interest and legal fees. Still no email but my money was swiftly deposited into my account within the hour.
You need to avoid this site completely. I've had my account closed after trying to withdraw my money . I was in contact with them through live chat a few times and when they couldn't resolve my issue they would end the chat on me and now my account is closed and they owe me 150.00 and they aren't replying to my emails .... so frustrating and they are so rude.
