User name Pauline66 honestly the most stressful experience trying to withdraw and the chat giving me the same answer over and over. I enjoy the site don’t get me wrong but withdrawing seems to be a very stressful issue…. Still currently waiting on my withdrawal
Went on the website, depositing was no fuss, played a few games, ended up winning around £800 and I withdrew, took about 1.5 weeks for me to get my withdrawal.After that I played again and deposited a few hundred, I then left with over £1,400 and withdrew again, this time it only took 30mins-1hr.I may be a bit biased as I did win on this site however I do find the depositing, withdrawing, account setup and variety of games pretty good for such an unpopular site.Also when I went to withdraw the first time I did get sceptical that they weren’t going to pay out given the wait time. So I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and reassured me that I would get paid.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ITS THE BIGGEST CON SITE IVE EVER BEEN ON THEY ARE GREAT AT TAKING YOUR MONEY BUT DONT WANT TO PAY OUT. ASKING FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF ID SEVERAL TIMES THEN NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU AND WHEN THEY FINALLY GET BACK THEY NEED MORE WTF
I put in a withdrawal request which was pending, uploaded all proof of identity (passport & driving license). I went back on to check the status of my withdrawal and they have locked my account. Customer service chat never answer me. Now resolved, thank you. 4* as chat is hard to get through to.
Joined yesterday, made a few deposits and made a withdrawal of £1200. They have now blocked my account and I'm unable to login and no monies received from my withdrawl. As advised I will be opening a court case against this company. Seems they don't like to pay out anyone!

This is a scam. I made several deposits which went through fine and then when it came to withdrawing my winning which were £1150 they said I needed to send in proof of my identity. I sent them what was requested, front and back of my bank card, bank statements, energy bills, council tax bill and they said that wasn’t acceptable so I then had to send a credit card statement and payslip. Again not acceptable. Only driving licence or passport. I don’t have either as I’m disabled and have a medical condition which affects the fluid on my brain and have a medical exemption letter stating I can never drive or fly. I explained this to their customer service rep via live chat and email even copying the link to show I’m not legally allowed a passport or driving licence and they still refused to pay me my winnings. I’ve now had to report them to the Gambling Commission and open up a fraud/identity theft investigation with my bank that the deposits came out of. Disgusting company and discriminating against me for being disabled.
