Signed up as a new player and was lucky enough to win. Withdrew my winnings and uploaded documents and still not received my winnings. Contacted Customer Support numerous times and each time same response "unable to give a time frame, there is a delay due to us being very busy". For context I was lucky enough to win on another site and I received my winnings within 2 hours. This site also charges you to withdraw which no doubt is in the T&C's when signing up, however Customer Support advised this fee is random and they can charge whatever they feel!! If and when I receive my winnings (not holding my breath) I will never use this site again. Please stay away and spend your money on a different site that values customer experience. If I don't receive my winnings I will be contacting the gambling commission. UPDATE - It is now 11 days since I made the withdrawal request. I have uploaded multiple documents, emailed and contacted live chat numerous times and either received no response or no explanation why the withdrawal is taking so long. I have contacted the Gambling Commission and on their recommendation raised a formal complaint, again with no response. I am now at a loss at what to do next as 666 Casino is clearly not going to process the withdrawal. Please do not use this site, although it is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission it is obvious beyond dodgy. 666 Casino you are a disgrace. UPDATE - 12 days after making the withdrawal request, uploading numerous documents and wasting hours chasing and contacting 666 Casino they have finally paid out. I will never use this site again.
Refusal to process cash withdraw through Apple pay. Same as other customers, they just hope you give up asking for your money back. Asking for IBAN and proof of bank statements with name and bank details for Apple Pay transactions. Bank I use doesn’t have these in statement. Shocking online gambling facility. I accept I can lose money but not through theft! Reply on here but not to the direct message. They need to review the content of this review and not a reply to make it look like it’s not their issue. Alternative bank IBAN has been provided and still no withdrawal paid
Won £500 and they asked for documents done all that they asked me and still saying pending 3 days later and no response from them stay away from this site strange enough chat not working 🤯 either no response through email will be taking this further!!!! No response through the account or email still 4 days later!! There is 10 documents pending review which still hasn’t been looked at stay away from this site they are scammers I will upload more proof I will be getting in touch with my bank also if I’m not able to make a withdrawal I shouldn’t of been able to make a deposit soiwill be making a refund of fraud!! Update 10 documents still awaiting approval and can’t upload anything more has this happened to anyone else this is disgraceful and the poorest site ever not one reply no email and still payment pending I am just on hold to gambling commission now
Absolutely shocking site, 50p spins not a single bonus feature or even a decent straight win from a game. My biggest win was 4gbp. I only play Eye of horus rise of egypt and from other sites I may have a little losing streak or a bad day but this was Multiple games multiple days so this is not down to a single losing session this is over days of trying. Worst site ever. They all lie I won £150 waiting for it to be sent over. They said my bank declined the funds via Apple Pay but since speaking with my bank this was proved to be a lie my bank did not receive any request from them. I have sent over lots of documents for proof which is ridiculous how much they need I’m surprised they don’t ask for a urine sample or a dna test. They then asked for a statement to show the deposit knowing banks do not offer statements until it has been a month so I could not send over proof but I could show them the transaction of proof of the deposit. (Why I don’t know when they can clearly see it’s via Apple Pay) never had this issue with any other online casino. Always use Apple Pay to on other websites and always been sent over with in the hour. Spoke via live chat waste of time they just repeat the same thing without actual proof of anything they are saying. I have been on resolve and put a complaint in and in the middle of an email to the gambling commission as this is just not acceptable I could understand a big win but £150 honestly a joke please don’t spend your money here. Absolute horrible experience deposited 2000 pounds then decided I did not want to play asked for my money back only to be told I need to send id so I sent everything they asked for and still no good wanting more and I haven't got anymore they have shut my account down now it's making me ill they don't want to give me my money back please stay away from this company looks like I have to go to court now
I’m a new player. My very first withdrawal was made late on a Friday night and despite expectations that it wouldn’t be processed until after the weekend (no processing of withdrawals over the weekend T&Cs) it came through Sunday.
