Shocking site deposited money no games would load requested money back they had all Id but make excuses not to payout what is rightfully my money and not winnings took me 24hrs to get someone to type back fullstop site needs shutting down nothing but thieves if you ask me .took case to resolve but not hopeful at all
Just signed up deposited £120 and withdrew £500 (couldve been £700 but I chanced my arm). Not sure why other reviews comment on there being no feature spins/win spins as this absolutely was not the case for me. Slightly dubious about the withdrawal reviews as mine has only just been requested but I will update when it’s been paid!
I’ve never had a problem before but now it’s gone bad I’m waiting for £250 and they are not paying out they just keep telling me to live chat or send email of which I have done both but no reply they have paid out before but not this time my cash is still pending be careful on this site quick to take money but not to pay out
I have had problems numerous times withdrawing! It states the most it will take is 48 hours. 1 withdrawal I waited over 7 days, I assumed this was a one off but now I have been waiting 5 days and I have sent my documents several times which means they aren’t storing them as they state on their website as it stated documents will be required to be uploaded once then kept on file. They are happy to take your money instantly but they don’t seem to want to pay out winnings. When my withdrawal processed I won’t be playing again. Edit- my bank card is in date until 2028 and has been uploaded 6 times in the past 9 days as has my bank statement and I.d. So I don’t understand where an up to date payment method is required.If the live chat was actually answered I could have cleared this up with someone..
Still accepting deposits but have a bonus requirement bug stopping you from withdrawing, contacted customer service and was told it will be fixed when it's fixed and we will keep your money till then been 2 days now avoid this site at the minute
I have had an ongoing problem with free spins when I make a deposit , this was nearly 2 weeks ago , have chatted various times , emailed a complaint ,direct and via resolver , don’t even get any acknowledgement they have been received or what is being done .When I had the 150 free spins if I won no amount of winnings were being credited to cash or bonus balance . Advised not to play all the spins and any other free spins incase the same happens , so I lose out again .I have been a loyal customer but the customer services is absolutely diabolical.keep away from this company at all costs , I have sent in many screen shots to help my case . So far it hs not been too bad, yes they charge a fee which is not a lot. Been playing for over a month with not winning much, but last night had a good couple of wins so have withdrawn it, still pending, sent in ID although I don't have my name on all utility bills and most are paperless or only every 6/12 months but what ive sent in seems to be accepted now (council tax was rejected) it says it can take 48 hours, although hopefully it will be within 24 hours. If things go smoothly then I will update rating but all good at the moment.
DO NOT USE! Customer service is shocking and the payout times are much longer than other sites. I had my cash out approved on Saturday and because it went to wrong bank it’s got to approved again? Customer service team all read off scripts so aren’t very helpful. They owe me £999. They don’t take this long to take money out of my account when I’m depositing 😂
