I ordered two pairs of jeans a month ago for £40.69, but I was told they had been delivered, and I never received them. The service indicated one carrier delivered them, but another was responsible, and they acknowledged losing the items. I've sent multiple emails for assistance, but there has been no response. Even the delivery service has stopped communicating, and the carrier does not recognize the delivery code provided.

I have not received the black and grey paint I ordered. I've emailed multiple times requesting either a refund or the paint to be sent, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. As a 72-year-old lady, I cannot afford to lose money like this, nor can I take legal action.
I received an item marketed as a 'Cooling' blanket, but it was just a cheap polyester sheet reminiscent of the 1970s. I contacted the company for a refund due to false advertising. After many emails, I raised a dispute, and they offered a full refund if I closed the dispute. I refused, leading to PayPal closing my case without support. This company has subpar products that wouldn't meet safety standards. Be cautious when using this service.
I was promised a refund, but that never happened! They sent the wrong item, and what should have been a simple return turned into a hassle. After numerous emails, they offered a partial refund and suggested I sell the incorrect items to friends or family. This is unacceptable! I will persist until I receive my full refund and expose this service for their practices.
My experience is similar to others. Do not buy from this service. The items were too large and not as advertised, and I can't return them due to high international postage costs. I'm currently trying to cancel my payment because I am stuck with items I did not order.
