I purchased the 2 seater Thalia set and I'm over the moon with it. The quality of the furniture is high end at a great price. The delivery was super fast and communication first class. Thank you to Mark and Ollie who delivered my order, there were access issues but they went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was completed. I'll definitely use White Store's again.

Received a Poor Quality Christmas Tree

I ordered a Christmas tree priced at £250, but upon delivery, it was clear that it had been returned by a prior customer. The first indication was that the box had been resealed with tape. The base showed assembly marks, a branch was broken, and there was an excessive amount of flocking material in the box from its repackaging. I reached out to the company, and they mentioned that some flocking in the box wasn't unusual, but they ignored my other concerns (which I have photographic proof of). After several emails, I was told to wait until the first week of January to arrange a return. I have now been informed that I need to cover the return shipping costs despite the item being significantly different from what was described. This level of customer service feels more like what I would expect from a questionable market vendor, rather than a supposedly reputable brand.

Great Quality, But Delivery Was Frustrating

The quality of the tree is excellent for the price we paid. However, I was let down by the delivery process. It was promised for Friday, December 5th, but it didn't arrive until Monday, December 8th. I stayed home all day Friday, feeling quite frustrated. I received updates later on Friday about a mix-up, and then nothing until Monday, when I finally got the two-hour delivery window that arrived as scheduled. Quite disappointing!
