Good for organization, but not without flaws

I use a project management tool for my tasks. The boards and cards help with organization, although the interface can lag significantly with many tasks. It's adequate for basic needs, but can be quite frustrating. There might be better alternatives out there.

Difficult unsubscribe process

This company makes it extremely hard to unsubscribe, which is frustrating for users today. I would recommend avoiding this service as there are much better alternatives that are user-friendly and don't feel exploitative.

Invasive text alterations

This platform offers a frustrating experience for developers. Every link is automatically converted into a so-called smart card, and there's no clear way to turn this feature off. Sharing code or technical examples becomes cumbersome as the platform reformats links inappropriately. The system alters user input without consent, disrupting communication and resulting in inaccuracies. There should be a straightforward option to disable these alterations and allow for plain links, especially for technical purposes.

Unclear charging practices

This service has deceptive policies regarding charges, providing insufficient warning before billing and refusing refunds. I received an indirect email about the charge which I didn't recognize as a notification. When I sought a refund, the process was overly complicated, and they claimed they couldn't refund because a renewal is not considered a purchase. This is a questionable business practice, and customer service is lacking when trying to end the service.

Challenging to stop usage

This website does not provide a clear way to cease transactions. I've attempted multiple times to stop the charges, even after changing my card number and reaching out. Once they have access to your funds, they persist in charging. I highly recommend avoiding this service.
