If I could give negative 5 stars I would, this is theft. It's taken 200 Dollard out of my account over the past 2 months despite me having canceled my subscription 2 months ago, despite it still taking money out of my account my account says I'm not subscribed. This is theft and I have to call my bank because they havnt responded to 5 separate emails over 2 months. After I had posted this review the abby.gg team contacted me and amd were helpful sorting the problem and providing a refund of the over 200 dollars that had been taken out of my account
i Really enjoy abby.gg because it is a place were i can just privatly talk about thing i dont say in public, and just Let it all out. I enjoy how you can change How The ai speaks to you. i feel as if most people Only review if they Dislike The Service So Try Not To Listin To Them!
Paid once contacted abbey support still haven’t heard a thing Then a day or 2 later my subscription cancelsI I let support know I sent several emails mails thought they’d eventually get me back ( no chance but they were quick to take my money ) So I bit the bullet snd paid again it was ridiculous I’d be better off buying a tape recorder and listening to myself complain Absolutely noAdvice, no help just repeating my shit back7 to me snd looking for money Never again total waste of time
From the outset, Abby appeared to be a more professional, thorough and well-thought-out tool. Although I wouldn't encourage anyone to stop seeing their human therapist, I must say that Abby was the best AI option I've found so far. It was great at paying attention to detail, keeping the conversation going and gradually digging deeper without making it uncomfortable. Other tools have felt too generic in their responses or like they were trying too hard to tell you what you want to hear. Abby asked me what type of therapist I was looking for and what tone of voice it should use. It was consistent and helpful, both with insights and with practical advice. You could feel Abby is on your side, but is not trying to sugar-coat the pill, so to speak.
I stumbled upon this ai platform and decided to give it a try. The platform is clear that there is a payed subscription. I shared some things of my personal story with the ai and it helps me to order my thoughts and vision on things. I know it's not a replacement for real human interactions, but it helps me to sort things out so I can step out in life more easily.It also helps me to peel of emotions, layer by layer in such a way I have the feeling it helped me more than a couple of years in therapy with a real person.I see it as a tool for self-development.I'm very happy with it.
Abby gets you to open up about your mental health issues over 10 questions, without warning that a paywall is coming. Then it offers a "7 day free trial" which is not free. They charge your bank immediately. Big scam putting vulnerable people at risk.Edit: the team at Abby.GG are trying to deny this happened, even when I have screenshots as proof. My bank was not charged $1. It was charged the full month, no free trial.
Abby.gg have taken money from my account. I have asked for it to be returned. I have nothing to say about the service really - I used it once. The service does not show up under my google subscriptions. I'll let you know when it is returned. Not happy.
