About You HR sent me damaged boots (red ink stains on light leather). Since they are out of stock, they refuse to provide a replacement and persistently deny my legal right to a price reduction. They are forcing me to return the item, but looking at many reviews from customers who never received their refunds or had to wait for months, I refuse to risk being left without both the boots and my money. Highly unprofessional service and total disregard for consumer rights. Avoid this shop if you don't want to receive damaged goods and deal with a support team that ignores the law.
I placed an order with About You (Order AYHR-637-359864388) which was officially marked as delivered, but I never received the package. I was home the entire day with my newborn and no courier contacted me, rang the doorbell, or left the package with a neighbor.The delivery confirmation shows a signature that is not mine. I contacted the courier, who confirmed that the sender (About You) is responsible for investigating delivery issues and that I cannot access the proof myself.Despite multiple emails, providing all necessary details and consulting with my lawyer, customer service (agent Amina) is not assisting me, instead instructing me to contact the postal service, which are not helping me.This experience has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I lost about 200 euros and time. I cannot recommend relying on About You for reliable delivery or customer service in case of issues.
I bought two jeans and returned them in their original packaging within the complaint period as requested by About you. After arguing with them 3 times by phone (two weeks!!!) for someone to pick up the goods, the goods were finally picked up at my home address. About you offers the option of picking up at my home address, which I wanted to use.In a short time, I was refunded only for one pair of jeans. After that, I argued with About you to get my money back for the others. Despite numerous half-information (5 times by phone), I have not been able to get ANYTHING until today. So, avoid About you because they do not follow their rules and so I was left without one jeans and without money.Today I am writing a complaint through State consumer protection.
My first order was same red snikers from 24.12.2025. and they didn't come although in yours application was note that they are delivered to Croatia and I got the same e-mail. After my complaint you return me the money and I must order them again and they normaly came today. A few Eur (4.00€) more expensive but that I can accept. Because it was Christmas I understand the problem, so I won't take it as a bad thing because I got them and because I shop with you before and everthing was ok.

This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional.Be very careful when returning items to About You. Based on my experience, refunds are not guaranteed.
