Like many people, I’m always wary of places having consistent 5 star reviews.. but after meeting Shezan at ACG it’s no coincidence.I saw my 2017 Merc C250d PP advertised on Autotrader, sent a message late evening and Shezan got back to me straight away.We arranged to see the car the next day, and Shezan was professional from the start. No pressure tactics. Left us to walk around the car, inspect and go for a test drive with no expectation's.No bartering, no haggling and worked with me to purchase the car within my budget. I had a few issues around the finance but he was patient and gave me a few weeks to source the funds. It needed a few cosmetic touch ups, an MOT and service which Shezan arranged with no added costs to me.When I picked up the car it looked amazing, cleaned and polished to the point I could see my reflection in the paintwork. He even went to the trouble of filling it up for me.His showroom has some stunning stock and I have no doubt I’ll be asking Shezan if he can source my next car when the time comes!Thank you again Shezan
