I tried Adore Beauty because I had heard nice things about it. There were plenty of products and they all looked good. It was a little annoying that the delivery took longer than anticipated. I was eager for the samples as well, but I only received one small one, which was disappointing. while the website is user-friendly, it doesn't offer quite the value I was hoping for.
I was eager to try them but was quite disappointed. All of the products were available, however the pricing weren't as good as at other stores I've been to. The delivery took longer than anticipatedox.I didn't think it lived up to the promise overall
Adore beauty never sent me an email order confirmation so I reached out to the customer service and they told me they would email me an update- once I realised I wouldn’t hear from them I reached out again and they told me my order was declined? I never once received an email or anything telling me my order was not processing and I can see I’ve been charged for it. I asked for an explanation but was not given one and was told to email the customer service instead which I’ve done and haven’t heard back yet. I don’t know whether I will eventually receive the products or should just repurchase (although now I won’t receive the same promotions) and I also don’t know if I’ll receive my money back? I’ve ordered with adore beauty dozens of times and this time is the worst by far. Absolutely no communication facilitated by them as I’ve had to reach out multiple times to hear anything about this.

The express shipping statement is untrue. I understand that there are delays but I am literally receiving packages from the US and even aliexpress faster than adorebeauty. Tracking has barely moved at all and i'm afraid I will run out of my skincare products before the ones I ordered to replace them actually arrive. Also they had a promotion where if you spend a certain amount you get a giftcard code. I received an email stating my giftcard had been activated. I have just tried it and it says it's invalid. So I spent extra to get a giftcard that doesn't work. Super disappointed as I have been a customer for years and the quality of service has gone down hill. My order number is 1203505626Update: I had someone from customer service contact me and they remedied the situation really well. Offered me a refund and also issued another gift card. I guess I misjudged them in that they do in fact care about their customers. Really appreciate how you guys have handled this. Thank you!
This is my second order from Adore beauty and I'm not disappointed. Order packing and shipping is so fast and comes with a courier service so straight to my home. Great to get the little discount codes etc. too off items that can be really expensive. Great website, will definitely buy from them again :)
