Great experience. I received immediate confirmation of my order. It was dispatched without delay and I was notified of the tracking number. Within a couple of business days, I had my order in my hand. I have used this company before and experienced the same high commitment to customer service. Highly recommended !
Concerned my package may have been lost in transit. Tracking info says shipped on Sept 7 and since Sept 9 it says “international transit to destination country” with no further movement. I am aware the website mentioned delays but did not give any indication of how long delays may be. I have sent an email enquiring about my order but have not yet received anything back. While I do know I am not only person placing orders or experiencing issues - up to date tracking info or some sort of info detailing expected delay timeframes would be helpful.Update: while I initially rated 1 star I was not expecting to have my issue remedied so quick. Customer service was quick with prompt with replies and refund within a couple of days of making contact. I’m not too sure where or what happened to my order as yet but a full refund was issued which is fine with me. All though my first time purchase with adore wasn’t the greatest, I’d most likely order in the future though as customer service is quick to resolve any issues.
I ordered over $300 of goods amosg 3weeks ago, received confirmation of order email. But since then, nothing. I don’t have a dispatch notice, and nothing I ordered was out of stock at the time, or now on the website from what I can see. The email order doesn’t indicate I should have a delay. I’ve ordered many times from AB before and it’s always been a good experience, and fast.So I’m concerned by the out of character change in customer service. I’ve sent two emails and a social media message. No replies yet. Please contact me adore beauty, before you lose a customer.Update: there has been no reply. To any comms or this review.I have an order number but no indication of whether it will ever be dispatched.I’m worried once I order elsewhere, this one will be dispatched and charged - leaving me out of pocket with double of what I need.Adore beauty are ignoring me. This has been a really bad experience after years of good service.
What a $hit experience with this company. My online order was confirmed on the 7th of August and then I was provided no further updates regarding my order it is now the 30th of August. After chatting live to a team member i find out the order is pending. Please cancel my order - NEVER dealing with you again.
Just ordered from here for the first time and all of my products were open; not closed back properly just open and some things leaked inside. perhaps it’s was a customs thing but i paid money for the product that was lost and i am uncomfortable to use products that have been opened not knowing if they were maliciously tampered with.
I heard about adore beauty and decided to treat myself and buy some skin care products I’ve been wanting for a long time. When buying my products adore beauty has promised express shipping to every customer but what a lie, I bought those products almost 2 weeks ago and they have been in transit for the whole 2 weeks!! Every time I go to see where my parcel is it says transit, I don’t understand why they say it’s express shipping when it really isn’t and I’m starting to wonder how long this is really going to take! Do better!
