ZERO STARS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. :I bought from this company (ADORELLA). never again. the jeans I received were the most unflattering jeans I have ever worn. it has been a nightmare trying to process a return. the company and I have been going back and forth EVER DAY since Nov 20th with me repeatedly asking for the return label and instructions and them offering me 30% ....me not agreeing and asking for the return label and them responding with the same cut and past email ignoring mu request. Stick with the ONESO jeans. ZERO Stars if possible.Ordered some of those "butt lift" jeans. used the size chart. normally i wear a 16-18 in jeans so i ordered a 2xl, according to their size chart i was sizing up, hopefully giving a looser fit. They came almost a month later and they are WAY TOO SMALL and SHORT, cheap quality, no tags. I contacted support to make a return and got the "its too expensive to ship back so they can offer a 10% refund." NO i paid 40$ for this cheap stuff and want a full refund i am waiting for a response. If i knew it was coming from China i would have never ordered jeans. This site is a SCAM do not order from them.
The worst business …. I ordered jeans and they advertised up to 12 days shipping. Came two months later! Also, it was the wrong jeans shipped and they refuse to refund me. The size was wrong and one Jean had the size ripped off so I could not see it. They said they can’t refund me. They will steal your money and their customer service will not help you. SCAM
Wow is all I have to say. After reading all the negative reviews, I was beginning to think I got scammed. Well, I DID finally receive my “ butt lifting” jeans today, 30 days after I ordered them. I followed the sizing guidelines. I was so excited, but immediately disappointed when I tried them on. They are at least a size too big and, if it’s even possible, flatten my butt even more. I don’t need any help there! They are poor quality, no tags or markings. Nothing. I have initiated a return. Let’s see if I actually get refunded. Ugh.
Please stay away from this, it's a SCAM. I ordered a jean and it took so long for the item to get shipped. When I finally received it, it was way too big and made with cheap materials. I did contact the customer service and I keep getting the same automated email, everytime I ask for a refund they keep telling how expensive it's going to be and that it will be even more expensive than the item itself but they never tell me how much exactly or how to proceed. They offered 10% discount, then 15% but when I told them I won't wear it because it's way too big, they told me they don't refund opened package. Like what ? Do not waste your time, save your money my girls.
