I’m giving one star review because there’s nothing else less to give. Lots of things went wrong with this order. First of all the product comes from China so it took almost two months to receive it, I almost forgot about my purchase. The jeans are made with such poor material, the fabric feels stiff, the colors are dull and let’s not mention how unflattering they look. When you are standing the zipper or front of the jeans bulge, when you sit down the bulge is ten times more noticeable. They advertise the jeans as low to mid rise but they were so high up, way past my belly button. The honest truth everything is wrong with this pair of jeans. Unfortunately I’ve lost my money because I doubt I’ll be able to send them back to China or get a refund from them.

I wish I could give this company zero…

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Do not be scammed. I ordered four items, received one that is very poor quality and cannot be worn. I am on my sixth email of trying to get my other three items or a refund. I’ve been getting the same “we are investigating” response now for weeks. This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them.

Awful product, worst customer service

If I could give a negative review I would. I placed an order and what I received is such poor quality. It looks nothing like was advertised. I’ve sent seven emails back-and-forth to the company to request a refund and I just keep getting the runaround. Do not order from them!

STAY AWAY!

Claim to ship in 3 days. It's FIVE weeks and they haven't shipped. When I emailed to cancel I received an email saying 'shipped' WILL RECEIVE IN ANOTHER 5 WEEKS !!! lolHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AUTOMATED EMAILS ONLY. STAY AWAY!

SCAM!

The item I got does not look like the item in the picture! Very bad quality! The Adorella website makes you believe that the items are shipped from the UK, but they are shipped directly from China. The parcel took 4 weeks to arrive. The refund policy is ridiculous and customer service basically non existent. DON'T BUY FROM Adorella.co. !!!
