The item I received is terrible. The quality of the product is terrible. Definitely not worth the money. The vest top and shorts look like they from the pound shop. I will never buy from them again. No refunds only exchanges. Disgusting!!!
i have brought from here item didn’t fit they explained i could have a credit, no cash refunds which was ok but wouldn’t provide me with information to send the dress back reached out for over a month. have now contacted the credit card company to get it sorted. wouldn’t buy from them again
I do not think it is a real company. They don't answer emails, and they don't have good customer service so it is most likely a fake email. DO NOT BUY FROM ADORELLA. I have been scammed. It has been over a month and i have not recieved my order as it says that they wrote the address wrong so it had to be sent back to them. I mentioned that it was their fault that i had not recieved my order as they were the ones that had printed the address label wrong. I had written it correctly. I have still not recieved my package or had an email back.
I ordered a dress, thought it would arrive as it should have. It has been one month and 9 days. 39 days. I have still not received my order and i have contacted Adorella directly 3 times and have not received anything back. I have not received a refund.
