Initially I was disappointed when I received the wrong shoe size. I subsequently received a call from management explaining the discrepancy in the ordering of international sizes. I appreciate the effort from the management team and their effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the size I needed was not available so a refund was initiated. When ordering shoes that come in international sizes or manufacturer specific sizing, make sure you add a comment in the order form of the website if you know both your US and International size to avoid any confusion. Based on my experience with customer service I would consider ordering thru NYC Outlet again.
This is my second pair I bought from them. Great service and amazing selection. My shoe didn’t fit right and they let me come back twice to exchange it for the perfect shoe! Extremely happy with the service and great prices! I will return for my next pair of shoes.
