Our installation engineer was on point, Jack did an amazing job from the whole process, I had my wall decorated before the process started, the holes were professionaly drilled that you wouldn't even know that the wall was touched. Good job Jack.

The good
- presales rep was excellent, polite and didn’t put any pressure on us to purchase the system during the survey process
- installation engineer was also excellent, polite and did a great job with the installation and hand over
- the system is excellent and does everything promised. It just works without any issues or problems

Very happy and now feel my property has a solid level of protection and deterrent


The not so good
- made an enquiry via the ADT website an was immediately hit by call after call and email after email from call centres and 3rd parties - it was annoying and relentless
- when responding to any request the response was basically lost in a black hole and the calls and email kept on coming
- eventually I caught a real person and the process started for a survey and he was excellent on all counts
- even during the survey process and even days after the installation was completed the calls and emails asking if I wanted a system kept coming
- terrible system managing presales which is relentless and won’t go away
- after nearly two weeks the number of calls is finally subsiding


Summary
- excellent service from the presales person I actually dealt with
- excellent service from the tech who did my install and handover
- if you use ADT be prepared for a horrible presales system that is relentless and can’t be shutdown (I does seems to subside after a few weeks)

He showed up with Ross on the day for installation and was very assuring; he also demonstrated the use of the app, so the brochure became a neat backup. Everything was smooth sailing. Thank you very much for the great service ADT, Nigel England and Ross.

Sadly I had a bereavement this Sunday just passed of my father so I’m in a terrible state and my dear Cleaner unfortunately knocked my ADT keypad. As I could not resolve I rang ADT a very kind gentleman that I first spoke to was amazing and did all he could to help me and changed my key holders due to my dad‘s passing and he had to be removed and he said someone will ring me back within a short time regarding my keypad issue. About 10 minutes later I got a phone call from a gentleman called Simon Bainbridge. He is an ambassador for the company. He not only helped me to resolve the issue with my keypad.He helped me write other things down that I requested as I’ve forgotten how to do it and to be fair, my dad always did it so, I never had to worry about these things. He really is the kindest patient and experienced gentleman. I cannot say enough about him. I’m truly grateful for all of their time, his time thank you! thank you so much.

Have been an ADT customer for over 20 years at two different addresses - they are the only choice for me.

The whole experience with ADT was fantastic from 1st contact to final installation. Very pleasant surprise with pricing. An offer that simply you could not refuse. Engineer was very prompt and from start to end was quick, efficient, polite, informative and a pleasure to be around. Very clean and tidy installation. Helped get the SMART aspects of the service up and running. Highly recommend.

Dreadful company and customer service. The worst I have ever experienced. They rip you off with a useless alarm system and threaten you if you want to leave as a result. Record your calls with ADT, they cannot be trusted in my experience.


Update to reply - Yes they did contact me to ask why I was not happy and then they never replied to my email!!!

Exceptional service and thorough assistance!

The representative provided attentive service and was very thorough and helpful. They explained how to place and set up the app, which I was unfamiliar with. The workmanship was excellent, and I would highly recommend them.
