Review Time
I’d contacted a couple of companies but ACE stood out from minute one. The ladies in the office were fantastic, friendly, very clear and their correspondence was the same. This company has ethics and integrity with high customer service throughout every strand of their process and every level of their workforce.
From minute one I was informed that there will be an initial review of the information I provide by a technical expert and only then will they make a decision on whether they feel they can assist.
Once my request was accepted there was again full clarity on the process. The fact that I would not be made aware of any information in my favour or against me until the full inspection and analysis of their tests had been carried out.
What I was also clear about was that whilst on face value and with the information they had, it looked like they could assist, they couldn’t be sure until the full analysis was complete.
For me, the clarity, professionalism and integrity of how they conduct their processes is exactly what I was looking for but even before any payment was made I knew exactly how things would be done. I don’t think you can ask for fairer than that.
I genuinely couldn’t recommend them more. I haven’t had the report yet and there is a chance that the outcome is not in my favour but I know when I get it, it will be thorough, honest and be able to be challenged in court successfully if that’s necessary.
This wasn’t how I felt about the other companies I contacted initially.
We encountered a persistent issue with a vehicle purchased by my son, so we approached the service for a comprehensive inspection. I would certainly recommend this service and would use them again.

The report was supposed to be delivered by a specific date, but it wasn’t, and I had to follow up several times. When the report finally arrived, it contained incorrect information about the vehicle's ownership dates, which I had previously supplied. This required resubmission, leading to further delays, which is simply unacceptable. The lack of communication after payment and the breach of the signed agreement were not what I anticipated after such a positive start.

We faced a customer complaint that we contested with the client. We engaged the service for a vehicle report, which confirmed the vehicle was of satisfactory quality. This independent review has been valuable in resolving our dispute, proving to be a small investment for closure for both the dealer and the customer.
