They showed me ways I was doing things correctly and also what I could improve on and the steps on how to get it corrected. I understood what information was being explained a d anything that I had a question on was answered right away.
Easy to understand the process. I felt comfortable talking to Chad and he graciously answered all my questions. The whole experience has been easy and encouraging. I love the transparency, knowledge and encouragement they give during the entire process. I feel better already. My debt was causing me depression. Now I feel free because I am actively seeking help to change this.
