I give this company a top rating for their exceptional service. I placed an order on 12/18/2025, and just 10 days later, I received an email from them asking if I preferred a refund or a replacement. My shipment had not progressed since it was picked up, and they were actively monitoring their customers' shipments. I opted for a refund, which was processed promptly. I searched for the same product elsewhere and found none available. So, I reordered the same item, and this time, my new order was shipped via a different carrier, arriving quickly. I am very satisfied with their product and plan to continue ordering from them in the future!
I absolutely love the multi-collagen powder and leaky gut formula. These products are fantastic and have significantly improved my health!
Recently, I encountered an issue with a bad batch. I contacted customer support, and they responded on the same day. Their speed was impressive—they addressed my concern and processed a refund within just a few hours.

They used Canada post to ship my order and I haven’t received it. They need to use Dragonfly to ship their orders.Soooo, shortly after I posted my review I received a call from Gregory with Codeage customer service. Codeage products were recommended by friends in Florida, so we tried some Codeage products and compared them to some that we had been using. We have Codeage subs now and are very happy with the products quality and the delivery too.
