Absolutely pathetic experience dealing with Adventure Corp.
Dispatch times were unacceptable, stock/supply was clearly not under control, and communication was next to useless. Once they had the order, getting a straight answer or any meaningful update felt like pulling teeth. Customers should not have to chase a company just to find out where their order is or whether the item is even properly available.
What makes it worse is that this does not look like an isolated issue. My experience lines up with the same themes other people have raised publicly: delays, poor follow-up, and a complete lack of confidence in the ordering process.
If you want reliability, clear communication, and timely dispatch, look elsewhere. I will not be ordering from Adventure Corp again.

What horrible customer service!!!! I ordered a Caterpillar hivis jacket via Adventureco on Big W marketplace and the product they sent was faulty. I raised a ticket and initially they were responsive, but then they just ghosted me! I emailed every second day and for 2 weeks NOTHING! Literal crickets even when Big W tried to step in. Thank God Big W gave us a refund. These guys make me COMPELLED to write this review to highlight their 0 star customer service. Never again! 👎🏽
I ordered some parts on the 26/6/25 expecting the usual kind of lead time. We are now 10/8/25 and I still have not received my order.I contacted them numerous times to voice my issue but fell on deaf ears.I am now out of pocket and nothing from them.What a SCAM they take your money and run. Low dogs
I ordered a Gibbon slack-line from Adventure Co in late November to give as a gift to the kids for Christmas. The slack-line arrived shortly after and stayed in its sealed package until it was unwrapped Christmas day. Upon opening, the box was FULL of black mould and mildew. The slack-line is functionally fine after a wash but the mould stains/smell are permanent. This is a genuine safety hazard as inhalation of mould spores can cause sickness, especially considering the packaging was opened indoors. Clearly somewhere along the way the inside of the package was gotten wet. I intend to take the matter further than the Adventure Co because this is a violation of Health, Safety and Consumer Laws, however this review is my primary PSA to warn consumers against purchasing products from this company. It is clearly not a professional operation and I am very disappointed with being delivered mouldy products, ESPECIALLY considering it is a product designed for SMALL CHILDREN who should not be subjected to mould. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
These people are absolutely useless. Heving not receiving the shoes that I had ordered after 4 weeks I cancelled the order via my credit card. 3 weeks after cancelling the shoes arrived the wrong size! No invoice or delivery slip and no info on how to retern them.
I would give zero stars if it were possible. On March 1, I ordered Lightweight Men’s Driving Shoes in size 12. A package arrived on 4/5, with no invoice, and containing the wrong shoes / wrong size. When I reached out to the company, all I got was a scripted response offering no solution. Not the experience I expected based on other reviews.
