Edit: my order has arrived within one week, I didn't receive any shipping information but it was dispatched the day after I ordered. customer service has been very helpful and resolved the issue within minutes.Haven't received any updates on my order after one week even though the product was in stock. After the payment confirmation I haven't received any updates regarding delivery, the company isn't following their own shipping policy as stated on there website. I also wasn't able to get the 10$ discount of the first order despite signing up to the newsletter.Edit: customer service has now contacted me after I reached out to them and my order is being shipped
I was chasing Vivobarefoot shoes and determined my shoe/feet size according to directions, but made a note in my order to Adventureco that this seemed a bit off and made mention of other branded running shoe sizes I wear. Got a call from Andy at Adventureco to discuss and with his great working knowledge across shoes brands and the like he re-sized me up. They have arrived and are spot on! Thanx Andy!
