It appears they have remote staff without direct access to the main warehouse, relying solely on email. They are quick to push for supply sales, which is where they excel. Now, entering week three, I'm on my second used device, and this one is malfunctioning just like the first. The company is poorly managed, and I regret choosing them. All I've received in return for my money is stress and sleepless nights. I finally managed to sleep well last night due to sheer exhaustion. Thanks for nothing.

This service neglects customer care and your comfort. The 'customer support' is the worst I've encountered. They shipped my device with default settings, and after three weeks of trying to get help to configure it for my needs, I have received no assistance. There's zero access to knowledgeable staff for setup help. They are quick to sell the device and add-ons but show no concern for ensuring it functions properly. Avoid this service at all costs!
Terrible experience claiming a breast pump. They misrepresented my insurance policy, claiming it wouldn’t allow them to send the pump before birth. When I contacted my insurance, they confirmed this was false. I learned that another agent received her pump when her baby was already six months old, which is unacceptable. Expecting mothers need everything ready for the arrival of their baby. They seem more focused on profiting from insurance companies than providing proper service. They also lied about the paperwork sent to my doctor. The worst service I've ever encountered.
I attempted to order supplies through this service. I placed my order online and was charged for my copayment. After weeks of waiting, my order status was still 'awaiting processing.' I reached out via email for an update but received no response. When I called, I was told they hadn’t received the prescription from my doctor. After following up with my doctor, I was informed they had just received the request. I was then told they required additional documentation that was never mentioned before. After several calls and delays, I canceled my order. It shouldn't take three weeks to get supplies. Now I hope to receive my refund. I do not recommend this service!
This service feels like a scam. They mislead customers by advertising low-cost devices covered by insurance, only to bill you extra later. Check their reviews with the Better Business Bureau. I've called multiple times to decline these additional charges, but no one has responded. Beware.
Provided all necessary information. I communicated closely with my doctor's office. This service claimed my doctor failed to provide what was needed, which is a blatant lie. They never contacted the office. If they had, they would have been instructed to fax the required paperwork. Don't trust healthcare to unreliable companies!
