WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! LIED TO BY THE "SALES REP" and warranty company only gives $100 in total for a water heater!! We were told they would replace it with same or comparable but they are liars. Phone staff is very rude and talks over you. Managers wait days and days to call back and we had a sales rep try to "play" manager and told us it was ok bc she "used" to be one. we are definitely no longer interested in this company AT ALL, and I'm only trying to warn anyone else about this company!
In my opinion, they’re a very good company. I appreciate that they allow you to use your own technician, which offers a lot of flexibility. My only complaint is that their refund process has slowed down — it used to take just one week, but now it takes up to eight weeks if you pay out of pocket. Aside from that, I really love working with them.
