I've had them for almost a year. The first issue is that I can't find any company willing to work with them. Had a washing machine that needed repairs. They couldn't find anyone to come out and fix it. Every company I called said they won't work with them because they will find some reason not to pay. They only wanted to deal with me. I paid out of pocket to get it fixed and like the companies all said I was denied my so called reimbursement. Next my sump pump broke. Again no companies would work with them. They said find someone and I would be reimbursed which I did. My reimbursement was denied again because we can't read the serial numbers of a 30 year sump pump that's been under water. Ridiculous.. now I've been waiting on the cancelation email they were supposed to send so I can cancel this scam. Paying $70 a month and they don't fix a damn thing. They will find a way not to pay. Believe me.
