Kevin has been great! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explains everything in simple terms. The only complaint I have is that it took 10 weeks to get reimbursed for a claim filed on May 15,2025. You all had the paperwork the same day the work was completed.
Terrible service – what a complete joke.I called in after receiving an email instructing me to do so regarding my resolution. The customer service rep had no idea what was going on or what the resolution was. She said someone would call me the next day—never got a call.For three days straight, I called every day trying to get an answer. Each time, I was told someone would call me back. They never did.In the end, their “resolution” was to cover a measly $100 of the repairs—roughly 10% of the cost. I should mention I made the mistake of using one of their own vendors, which was probably where I went wrong. That vendor quoted me an outrageous amount. I ended up hiring my own person to do the repairs, and it cost me less than a quarter of their quote.Don’t waste your money on this useless home warranty.
