Review Time
I am about to put in a dispute for this purchase. The only communication I have received is this review. I have it received any policy I.e. policy number or how to make claims. Tried to get the web to create an account but always fails to connect Update:Finally got into the web sight and got everything needed.
For me I have had the worst experience with that company to the point of canceling my insurance contract with you because in a year that I was paying my insurance I never bothered you and now when I needed your service to repair my air conditioning after spending several days trying to contact you which was almost impossible because they left me on hold for more than half an hour on the calls, they did not give a solution to my problem and what they did was make unfounded excuses, which I consider disrespectful.
I gave you a rating of 4 due to the account manager that I talked to on the phone. I hope your service is as good better than him and I’ll go to a five at that point. Time will tell this is not the first Home Warranty coming dealt with, but hopefully it’ll be the best one.
