I had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service team were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving my query quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that really values its customers. Excellent service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
The soup maker arrived poorly packaged in a plastic bag and was significantly damaged, which was disappointing since it was meant as a gift. After several emails, I was told that shopping in-store would have ensured a perfect box, which felt odd. I was also informed that 'cosmetic box damage' is unavoidable. Eventually, I received a return label with terms stating that a refund wouldn't be issued if the box was damaged upon return. I chose to gift the damaged item while explaining the situation and apologizing for the poor customer service.
After receiving a compact 1 litre 'Soup Maker' as a gift, I tried to utilize the online guarantee. Unfortunately, the common issue of a 'Tick Box' approach made it difficult. Essential details like purchase date, location, and price were hard to find, and the generic form required all this information. Even having the serial and model numbers didn't help. The option to 'EMAIL US' led to a collection of product images rather than assistance with my registration query. The promise of a three-year guarantee for early registration was lost on me. I attempted to create an account but struggled with the formatting of my UK phone number, causing me to abandon the process. I hope the product itself offers better service. Reference to the company's response indicated they might update their webpage, but the issue of anonymity regarding gift costs remains problematic. Additionally, their claim of requesting my details seems absent from their communication.
My kettle, which is nearly two years old, began leaking after the warranty period with the platform. I reached out to the company, explained the issue, and provided photos. They agreed to replace the kettle! Excellent service from a trusted provider!
I emailed with a video of my broken coffee machine and a copy of the extended warranty. After a week of back-and-forth emails, they refused to honor the warranty they issued themselves. Instead, they offered a 30% discount code for their products. I won't trust their warranty again.
They offer top-notch products at very competitive prices. I recently needed a new coffee maker and toaster. I mistakenly didn’t apply a 15% discount for my first order, but the representative kindly corrected this for me. Exceptional after-sales service!
